The blue deburring wheel is intended primarily for more intensive deburring of metal parts after laser cutting. Its harder construction provides higher material removal and is particularly suitable for larger burrs and unwanted oxidised or heat-affected surface residues produced during cutting.
Main benefits
- Higher material removal
- Harder construction
- Removal of larger burrs
- Intensive deburring of parts after laser cutting
- Removal of unwanted surface residues after cutting
- Surface cleaning and preparation for further processing
Brown and blue versions
Brown: softer and more flexible, conforms better to workpiece shapes and contours, and is suitable for more uniform surface finishing. Blue: harder, with higher material removal, and more suitable for larger burrs and intensive deburring. Neither version is presented as universally superior.
Processing sequence
LASER CUTTING → REMOVAL OF LARGER BURRS → SURFACE CLEANING / TREATMENT → FURTHER PROCESSING
